I fell off of the train. I did not do my regular workout this weekend. Yeah, I feel really crummy about it. Especially since it was too hot to cook, and decided that takeout was easier. Ugh, why?
Back on track today. Plan to hit the gym at some point. I have a plan in place for rewards along the way on this fitness journey. Every time I hit the 5lb and 10lb mark, I get to spend one of my gift cards, and of course they are all to Sephora and Ulta...ha!
