I am what you call a fragrance fiend!  When I can, I like to have scents everywhere.  That also extends to the products I use on my face, hair and body.  I am very grateful to not be sensitive to scents and that allows me to be able to use fragranced products, or add fragrance to those that that are unscented.  It is also pleasing when you can find scents, such as the oils above, that have benefits to your health.  Let me present InstaNatural's 100% Pure, Natural Peppermint Essential Oil and Lemon Essential Oils.

InstaNatural 100% Pure, Natural Essential Oils

InstaNatural's 100% Pure Essential Oils are enclosed in dark, heavy glass, and come with a dropper top.  In each bottle you will receive 4 oz/120 ml of  pure, essential oil.  These two oils are part of a 3 scent selection that InstaNatural has for their Aromatherapy line.  The 3rd scent is Lavender.  Each bottle retails for $19.97 USD.

These oils have so many uses...here are two of my most favorite...

There is nothing I love more than a body scrub.  Especially one that is scented with the uplifting smell of lemons!  Here is a scrub I made with sweet almond oil, brown sugar and a few drops of the Lemon Essential Oil.  Softens and energizes me in the shower!

When I'm feeling body tired and I want refreshing boost, I take my favorite unscented body butters or lotions and add the Peppermint Essential Oil to it for a slight tingle on my body and invigorating aromatherapy.  This cools my skin and also soothes tired muscles.

Other favorite uses:
 - placing peppermint essential oil on pulse points and head when studying
 - refilling old wall diffusers by placing a few drops on the wick
 - adding peppermint oil to steam for an exhilarating steam treatment (also excellent when you have sinus issues!
 - adding lemon oil to skincare for added cleansing and additional toning effects
 - placing a few drops of lemon oil with other ingredients for an amazing spray fabric refresher (always testing for colorfastness first :) )

There are a myriad of ways you can use these oils...from body to home, the possibilities are truly endless.

The newest, natural additive to all super moistuzing products now seems to be Argan Oil!  Argan Oil is an amazing, natural, 100% cold pressed oil that is a heavy hitter when it comes to moisture and protection of the skin and hair.  They have added this to their organic Argan Oil line, which is also cruelty free, and USDA biobased certified.

At first use, the scent of this is extremely herbal.  Those who do not like that scent or are sensitive to strong scents may not like this shampoo as it is potent.  The shampoo itself is lightweight, but does not weigh hair down.  It washes cleanly.  It does suds up, but not overly so and rinses out nicely.  I did not experience any residue whatsoever.

Pura d'or argan oil premium organic conditioner

The scent of this conditioner is heaven sent!!!!!!!!!  Lavender Vanilla lends this conditioner a very calming, soothing, warm scent experience.  This conditioner is emollient and heavy on the hair, but rinses clean and leaves hair soft.  Scent does linger but fades after a day or so.  Gentle and did not leave any extra residue on my hair.

Using both of these together had my hair feeling really soft and manageable.  I was using less of my other products such as shine sprays, hair creams to weigh my hair down as it likes to fly around everywhere.  I am right now suffering from dry hair due to burns from a new styling tool, so I am looking forward to seeing how this will help repair my hair again.

Pura d'or Body, Hair and Face Treatment Oil

I am venturing into oils for hydration now as I feel them to be the best way of delivering intense moisture where you need them.  I also find them to be extremely healing. Pura d'or's offering is 100% cold pressed argan oil ready to use.  A great moisturizer on its own, it can be added to your favorite creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, facial products, anything! Apothecary Extracts TTO Hand Scrub

In the above photo, I made the replenishing Tea Tree Oil Body Scrub.  I had to substitute the brown sugar for salt, but it worked nicely.  It moisturized without being overly oily, and gave my hands and feet a nice tingly sensation that was pleasing.  Please note that when you mix the TTO with other oils, the scent, still apparent, becomes more manageable.

This scrub has been a godsend with the fall air turning dry and cold!  Really moisturizing and exfoliating.

Apothecary Extracts TTO Steam Facial

I love at home facials, and now with the TTO, I can have one that benefits my skin while I'm broken out.  Along with the TTO, a couple other essential oils, hot water and a towel, you can treat yourself to a steam facial that opens up your pores for better absorption of your facial products.  It also relieves nasal and sinus congestion.  Perfect as we are coming upon the cold weather season.  The steam feels lovely and refreshing.

For those into home decor, you can also use TTO in oil reed diffusers or the fortifying air freshener, in which you can choose whatever color to put into the gelatin used in the recipe to match your home.  This can also be mixed into an air mist that will kill odors and energize you.
