Healthy living with Zenwise Advanced Green Tea Extract

With my new diet that incorporates more fruits, veggies and an increased water intake, and now adding in this supplement,  I have noticed that this gives me quite a bit of energy, though it states that this is caffeine free.  I feel a lot more energy than I have, and not at all jittery.  I am still some time away from loosing any weight, but I feel better.  For the past month now I just feel better in the morning!  It is easier for me to get up and go and my energy and moods are more stable and level.  Cannot wait to get into the gym!

The pills are normal size and I found no issue with taking them down.  I also did not experience them getting stuck, as can happen with some pills.  There is no aftertaste once these are ingested and I LOVE that about this supplement!  On an empty stomach I felt no sour stomach.
