Prior to using the mask, I cleansed my face with a normal cream facial cleanser.  I have combo oily skin and the occasional breakout.  I have issues with tone, texture and oily tzone.

The mask itself looks like  a regular mud mask when it comes out of the tube.  Once applied to the skin, you notice how different it is from other masks.  Adovia's Purifying Mud Mask feels like a legitimate balm.  The texture is pretty unreal from all other masks I have used!!!  It spreads nicely on the face and since it is very much like a balm, you do not need much for this to work.  After you apply a thin layer, you let it dry.  Once dry, rinse off with lukewarm water.  Again, here is where this mask differs from others.  You will feel small particles in the mask...so when you rinse it off, you also get a mild exfoliation from it as well!  Purifying and exfoliating at the same time?  I am SOLD!

Here, after application and cleansing, skin is more even, refreshed and less oily.  I have been using this mask once a week for almost a month and a half and I am loving my skin.  The combination of purifying mask and exfoliator really do leave the skin glowing, plump and soft.  This has also been super beneficial at curbing minor breakouts and texture changes due to the warmer weather coming up.

The first unique feature of this serum is that it has some heft.  The serum is on the thicker side, but melts into the skin beautifully.  What I love is how plump my skin looks afterwards.  Hyaluronic Acid Serum quickly sinks into the skin and I did not experience any film or stickiness on my face afterwards.  There is a slight herbal scent that is quite apparent upon first application, but fades once serum melded with the skin.  I have been left with skin that looks and feels plump, is very smooth and I cannot wait to see what this will do for my fine lines after continued use!

InstaNatural Youth Express Eye Gel

This is not your basic eye gel.  This gel has a fantastic texture that is that of a gel and bouncy cream.  

Youth Express is cooling upon application, which has helped decrease puffiness, but its thick texture helps to not only moisturize but plump up my undereye area.  Once blended onto the skin, the gel never feels wet...it is almost creamy.  There is a few seconds of a dry down time that this needs, but once you pass that, you have a plumped, refreshed, soft undereye area that looks more alive.  This does have a slight scent, not at all chemical, but fades within seconds of application.

 This facial toner comes in a pump bottle and is refreshing way to start your skincare.  This has a strong scent of orange zest upon application which does fade after a few seconds.  Once absorbed, I was left film free and ready for my serum and moisturizer.  This has been a godsend now as we are in winter.  I find myself reaching for this for an extra boost under and over the rest of my skincare, as well as an additional step in my makeup application.  This tones down any overly powdery look.  I really like how this did not make me oily and only added a pretty, subtle glow!
