Journey to 100! 12-17

Here we are again with another empties post!  I am really pushing hard this year to make it through some of my stash.  For your enjoyment...

From top and clockwise...

Epielle Cucumber Cleansing Tissues from Big Lots -  60 sheets, $2 bucks, godsend for cleansing and swatch removal ;)

Urban Decay All Nighter XL - my go to setting spray, this xl bottle is useful for when I want to decant in my smaller, deluxe sample bottle

Too Faced Shadow Insurance - Always have a tube of this, probably on my 5th tube now...it just works.

Urban Decay Complexion Primer Potion in Pore Perfecting - this goes way back in my stash...wow, but what a fantastic primer!

Oz Naturals Age Defying Solar Shield Tinted Sunscreen - Was super surprised by the amount of coverage, and loved how I never experienced a breakout with this (i tend to breakout anytime I use a new sunscreen)

Ahava Time to Clear Purifying Mud Mask - This was beneficial for purging and cleansing the skin, all the while being gentle.  Purchased the big size :)

Alright guys, let me know what you guys are using.  If Im using it up, that just means I have more room to put more stuff in...lol

Journey to 100! Empties 6-11!

Here we are again with another empties post!  So many to work through...and as bad as I thought that was since I am backlogged, it actually means I am using products!!!!  More products I use, the more I get to replace, right?  Joking aside...lets look at what I have used up.

1.  Epielle Green Tea Cleansing Tissues - Tend to purchase these in bulk at Big Lots...perfect for swatch removal.  Have used this to actually clean my face and they are not bad.  Come in different scents and types....affordable and they do the job.

2.  Wet n Wild Coverall Pressed Powder - This was a perfect powder.  Matched me perfectly. Worked perfectly.  Until I could not find the medium/tan shade in stores.  WTF?

3.  YBF Perfect Prep Face Primer - Deluxe sample from a kit that was purchased on hsn.com.  Silicone-type feel, smooth.  Nothing special.

4.  whish Body Butter in Pomegranate - Got this in an ipsy bag...fell in love.  Super moisturizing, sinks in quickly, never greasy.  Scent was fresh and fruity but not obnoxiously candy like.

5.  Herbal Essences Naked Dry Shampoo - Works nicely in that it does not cause a huge white mess on my dark tresses.  Gives lift for body.  Smells of citrus and mint which is TO DIE FOR!  Kinda pricey for drugstore dry shampoo but it works and I will keep repurchasing it.

6.  Equate Beauty Oil-Free Ultra Gentle Facial Moisturizer - Purchased at Walmart, was having an allergic reaction at the time this was purchased.  This was super gentle on my irritated skin.  Moisturizes, but leaves skin matte.  Simple, but sometimes that is all you need.

Thanks for checking out my empties....will be ensuring that these posts come more often.  I love to see and read about what you guys are using so why dont you leave me a comment on what you are using up!!!

Journey to 100 Empties!!! 1-5

*All Items In This Post Purchased by The Passenger Element*

I have to admit...seeing empties posts is enjoyable!  Once I took stock of the mass of products I had accumulated, there was even a bigger thrill in getting to the point where I was pairing down, using and enjoying the products I had.  Here is my first entry into empty land...

#1 - BIORE Self Heating One Minute Mask - I'm a huge fan of anything mask for the skin...lotions, potions and every notion under the sun.  This mask is easy to use and what I love the most about it is that you can feel the heat and feel it working.  I just wish there were more packets in the container.  You get 4 single use packets for between $6-7 dollars.  Not exactly exorbitant, but its drugstore, give us a few more.

#2 - MEIJER (store brand) Strengthening Nail Polish Remover - just your run of the mill polish remover.  Did not dry my perpetually ragged cuticles any further, so that was a plus.

#3 - E.L.F Shine Eraser Oil Blotting Sheets - 50 blotter sheets.  One dollar.  They work.  Enough said.

#4 - BATH AND BODY WORKS Mad About You shower gel - Foamy, rinses clean, does not add much in the way of moisture, but you do feel clean!  Contains notes of Black Current, Vanilla, Peony and Strawberry.

#5 - MAC Zoom Lash mascara - A holy grail in my book. Lengthening, thickening, and black as all hell.  Gives structure to my lashes, but never hard enough to consider them "crispy".  Never experienced any flaking, smearing, smudging.  This starts as a pretty wet formula, or at least the 2 tubes I have had were, so I let them dry out a bit and they become the perfect consistency.

What are you guys currently emptying?

Empties...thus far 2012

Let's sit down.  I have to admit something here...I am a product whore.  There, I admit it.  I cannot help myself!

HA!  Seriously, there is a lot out there that I will not pass up.  The excitement of finding a new love is addicting.  And what girl does not like to surround herself with new stuff all the time? ;)

Getting the most out of my products means more space for new stuff.  Here are the products I have given a good home to and have now sent to that great, big bathroom counter in the sky!

Empties 01-03/2012

From left to right are:

KMS California moistrepair leave-in conditioner (smelled like a dream, was nice and light, never weighed hair down, and managed my sometimes lion-like mane)

Urban Decay's Clean & Sober (not bad, not great, did a decent job at taking stuff off)

Urban Decay's Complexion Primer Potion in Brightening (nice slip, did not notice any brightening effect, but did make my skin moisturized)

Sally Hansen Lip Quencher Daily Lip Moisturizer (clear nude color was nice, smell a bit obnoxious, decent wear)

Urban Decay Sparkler Pen lip gloss in Firecracker (lovely shade of bright red with big sparkles, lovely scent, this was an older product, no longer available)

Amazing Cosmetics amazing concealer in Medium Beige (opaque, coverage coverage coverage!)

L'Oreal Magic Smooth Souffle foundation in 530 Sun Beige (really nice consistency and wear, weird color choices, this was closest to my skin tone)

Smashbox Photofinish Light (very nice primer, no heavy feel, makes skin smooth, still feels breathable)

Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel Cream (more gel, no cream.  Light and moisturizing, but misrepresented as a cream.  Perfect for summer :) )

KMS silksheen gloss spray (left a nice sheen to the hair without grease, scent was almost undetectable after spraying)

Wow, that was long :)  What have you guys used up recently?
